NOVELTY MANUFACTURING CO. ACQUIRES KORE DESIGN® BRAND FROM ECO HARMONY PRODUCTS INC.
Lancaster, Pennsylvania — Novelty Manufacturing Co. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Kore Design® brand from Eco Harmony Products Inc., marking a significant milestone in the continued growth and evolution of one of the most recognized active seating and educational furniture brands in North America.
As a long-standing manufacturing partner behind many Kore Design products, Novelty Manufacturing brings extensive product knowledge, manufacturing expertise, and operational experience to support the brand's next phase of growth. The acquisition will allow for greater integration between product development, manufacturing, distribution, and customer support while maintaining the quality and innovation customers have come to expect from the Kore Design name.
To further enhance service levels and supply chain efficiency, Novelty Manufacturing will relocate the primary distribution center for Kore Design products to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This strategic move will improve inventory management, streamline order fulfillment, and provide faster delivery capabilities to customers throughout the United States and Canada.

Customers, distributors, educational institutions, and retail partners can expect a seamless transition with no interruption to product availability or customer service. Existing product lines will continue to be supported, while additional investments in product development and market expansion are planned for the future.
